Thursday May 10th, a day that will live in infamy, the website of the political satire webzine Yuks.com was replaced by a website with the takeout/delivery menu of a popular Beijing Chinese restaurant.
The attack is an apparent response to Yuks articles critical of the Chinese government during the spy plane crisis, specifically the stories CHINK KNOCKS PLANE IN DRINK and WLONG WAY PIROT KIRRED IN CLASH.
This hack is similar to one the godless ornamentals, uh Orientals recently launched against Microsoft, the only difference being that Microsoft is a multibillion dollar conglomerate and Yuks.com is not.
Wealthy publisher of Yuks.com, The Reverend L Rubber Chicken, paralyzed years ago from the neck down due to a crossing the road accident, was not available for comment.
Naturally, the inscrutably secretive Chinamen who govern the totalitarian state did not repry to Yuks.com email asking for an aporogy.
Needless to say, the reporters and editors at Yuks.com will continue to report the tluth, no matter which government it hurts.
